Terms of Service for Mt Liberty Hub

Welcome to Mt Liberty Hub. By accessing this website and purchasing our digital plans, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Digital Product License When you purchase plans from Mt Liberty Designs (via Etsy or this site), you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may build the project for yourself or as a gift.

2. Intellectual Property All digital files, blueprints, and instructional content are the intellectual property of Larry L. Brewer (Mt Liberty Designs). You may not resell, redistribute, or share the digital files or any derivative works in any format.

3. No Commercial Manufacturing These plans are not licensed for commercial manufacturing. If you wish to build and sell my designs as a business, please contact me directly for a commercial licensing agreement.

4. Refund Policy Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we cannot offer a refund. However, if you experience any technical issues with your file, please contact us and we will ensure you receive a working copy.

5. Limitation of Liability Mt Liberty Hub and Larry L. Brewer are not responsible for any injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from the use of our plans or the information on this website.
